•Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. •Being late 15 mins or more can result in cancellation of your appointment, deposit is non refundable. •If appointments are missed more than twice, full service price will be due at the next booking. • If late more than twice, the deposit will be doubled.
