Policy and Terms

PLEASE READ BELOW. Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided or by contacting a member of our support team , your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. Deposits are included in the total costs of custom orders, bridal alterations, and prom customizations appointments only. Deposits for alteration appointments are non-refundable and are NOT included in the costs of the alteration. Cancellations: Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of appointment times are eligible for a refund of the appointment deposit. Cancellations made the day of the appointment will not be eligible for a refund. No-Shows: Appointments not kept will be non-eligible for a refund. Multiple No-shows will result in denial of future appointments.

Prom Alterations

This booking is for alterations to a preexisting prom gowns & Suits ONLY. A non-refundable initial deposit of $50 is required to book. Initial deposits are applied to the total balance of alterations. For orders over $100, a 60% deposit is required at the time of fitting.

Same Day Orders include a $25 same day rush fee separate from order total. $25 Deposit is required and is applied towards order.

2024 Prom Consultation

Consultations require a $50 deposit that is applied towards the TOTAL cost of your order. ** CONSULTATION FEES ARE NOT APPLIED TO THE 60% DEPOSIT REQUIRED TO BEGIN ORDER CONSTRUCTION ** Consultations include: - up to 30 Minute Phone Consultation via text message discussing order specifications (REQUIRED FOR ALL CLIENTS) - up to 30 Minute In-Person consultation for Measurements and fabric selections ( Fabric Swatches given, when/if available) ( LOCAL CLIENTS ONLY) - up to 30 Minute VIRTUAL consultation for Measurements and fabric selections ( Fabric Swatches mailed, when/if available) ( NON-LOCAL CLIENTS ONLY) ** CONSULTATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!** ** Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Under extenuating circumstances, clients may be granted the cost of materials minus a 25% surcharge. Qualifying extenuating circumstances is at the discretion of Niesha Sews, LLC. We reserve the right to deny refunds of deposits & consultations.

Appointment For Alterations

This Service is for customers needing general alterations. Deposits paid for this fitting is considered a booking fee and is not included on the cost of your order.

Rush Order Appointment for Alterations

This Appointment is for rush orders only. The deposit paid for this service is applied to the cost of the service and is non-refundable. Regular Rush orders are ready within 3-5 days after appointment. If you need your order sooner , please book next day or same day alterations.

Appointment For Bridal Gown Alterations

Bridal Gown Alterations Deposit are applied towards the total cost of the order. An additional deposit may be required depending on the cost of the alterations.

This Appointment is for next day rush orders only. The deposit paid for this service is applied to the cost of the service and is non-refundable. Regular Rush orders are ready within 1-2 days after appointment. If you need your order sooner , please book next day or same day alterations.

Appointment For Measurements ONLY

This appointment is solely for MEASUREMENTS to be used for online orders or personal use. This fee is non refundable and can be used towards the 60% deposit if custom order is booked with Niesha Sews.
