Founded in March 2020 by Cape Town entrepreneur Chanice Daniels, Chanice & Chicks Beauty Parlour was established with a clear vision: to create a professional yet welcoming space where excellence in beauty and wellness meets genuine care.

With extensive experience in luxury spas and beauty salons both locally and internationally, including serving on a luxury cruise ship abroad - Chanice brought global standards, refined skill, and heartfelt passion back home to build a brand rooted in purpose.

The name "Chanice & Chicks" represents more than a business, it represents a sisterhood.
Chanice leads alongside her talented team, affectionately known as "The Chicks," fostering a supportive environment that feels like home while maintaining the highest professional standards. What began with just one therapist has now grown into a thriving team of four, with continued expansion on the horizon.

DEVELOPMENT
Beyond the salon floor, Chanice's passion extends into education and mentorship. Through a partnership with the Oasis Training Centre, she returned to the classroom to pursue another calling, facilitating and empowering aspiring beauty professionals.
She now proudly serves as the Facilitator of the Beauty Course, equipping students with practical skills, industry standards, and the confidence to thrive.
Chanice & Chicks Beauty Parlour remains committed to creating opportunities for aspiring therapists, having hosted students for hands-on industry experience and development.

Chanice & Chicks Beauty Parlour 

Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are refundable provided cancellation is made within the permitted cancellation window.

A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment.

Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.
