By booking an appointment with CertifiedbyJC, you agree that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. Deposits can be transferred to rescheduled bookings made through the provided link. Failure to cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment will result in a full-service charge. Same-day appointments require confirmation via text message for availability. If no response is received, the appointment is not confirmed, and you should not attend. Contact us directly for same-day appointments. Your hair is not required to be washed but please fill out the form provided while booking to ensure I have all of the information necessary. If you are from out of town please give me a 3 day notice before booking. If I am not available on the app please contact me personally to see if I can squeeze you in somewhere
