CANCELLATION/NO SHOW:
As a solo business owner, my time is limited. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full service price. I understand life happens—if you give enough notice, I’m happy to reschedule your appointment to the next available time. 

ARRIVE WITH NO MAKEUP: 
Please ensure your eyelashes and eyebrows are makeup free prior your appointment. Residue can prevent treatments from meeting their full potential and the removal is time consuming in appointment slots. 

ARRIVE ALONE:
To ensure a calm, focused, and safe environment for all salon clients and staff, we kindly ask that all clients arrive alone to their appointments. This includes refraining from bringing guests, children, or pets unless previously approved for medical or accessibility reasons.

Cara is so welcoming, friendly & knowledgeable, she answered all my little questions I had regards to a "normal" lash lift and the Korean lash lift.
