By booking with Caylie at Ray of Blonde, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Appointments: Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling. Caylie reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary and will provide notice as soon as possible. Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be charged 50% of the booked service total. Thank you for respecting our time and understanding that last-minute cancellations impact our ability to serve other guests. Color Adjustment Policy: If your final result differs from the plan agreed upon during your consultation, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment to discuss a possible adjustment. Complimentary adjustments are offered only when the result differs from the agreed-upon plan. Changes in preference or requests for a different result will require a new paid appointment. Please note that some color goals require multiple sessions to achieve while maintaining the health and integrity of your hair. All adjustment requests must be approved before scheduling. Fees are for professional time, expertise, application, and products, not specific results.
