By booking an appointment at Cat's Pyjamas Beauty Lounge, clients agree to abide by the following policies. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Any cancellations or rescheduling done less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a fee. Cat's Pyjamas Beauty Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information when booking appointments. All services provided are at the discretion of Cat's Pyjamas Beauty Lounge.
