Policy and Terms

Updated policy 2025: Late drop off / collection: Unfortunately if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will need to reschedule to the next available appointment and will be charged 50% of the groom price. If you need more notice for when your dog will be ready please let me know so i can try prevent appointments clashing! Cancellations/no shows: I ask for 24 hours notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment anything under i will ask for 50% of the groom price before you can book back in. Cassie❤️
