CasaLuma is a wellness and recovery space designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with your body. Each session combines thoughtful massage therapy with a calming atmosphere centered around comfort, presence, and personalized care. Appointments begin with a brief intake so your therapist can understand your needs, preferred pressure, and areas of focus. Sessions are tailored in real time based on your feedback to ensure a grounded, restorative experience from beginning to end. Soft lighting, warm linens, subtle music, and carefully designed spaces create an environment that feels both elevated and deeply relaxing. Select sessions may also include access to CasaLuma’s signature red light therapy experience as part of your recovery ritual. Whether you are looking to relieve tension, recover physically, or simply unplug for an hour, CasaLuma is designed to leave you feeling lighter, calmer, and restored.

By booking with CasaLuma, you agree to these Policies & Terms. CasaLuma may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

However we imagine it, light brings energy, and with it, love. Sophie Bogarné is a master of identity transformation. Her unique method, taught through her licensed educational program, draws on the alter ego experience to help people reshape their sense of self and change the direction of their lives. She works primarily with artists, helping them unlock their potential and discover a new sense of self. Everyone is welcome to take part in this process. We invite you to meet Sophie in a private space filled with serenity and beauty.
