 “To ensure the highest quality of service for all clients, we kindly request that appointments be made individually when booking for two or more people. Group bookings under a single name are not recommended. If you proceed with a group booking, please note that services will be provided to one person at a time — the second person will need to wait until the first person’s service is completed.   “For card payments or transfer, there is a small £3 processing fee from the      third-party payment system. I just want to let you know in advance.”

  “This fee is not from us; it is charged by      the payment provider for card transactions.”

  By booking an appointment at Carterton Nails, clients agree to adhere to the following policies and terms. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Carterton Nails reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. All services are performed at the client's own risk. 
  

Wonderful as ever. Due to a water pipe burst I had to bring my little ones and the staff are amazing with kids and do not judge or made you feel bad if you kid is pushing a car on the floor, instead they engage and show their window display race cars to the little ones. Thank you guys for trying to help me relax and do a fab job

Really friendly staff, I was sat down and given hot ginger tea and the gentleman who did my nails was very attentive and delicate with my nails. He did a wonderful job and I will be back :)

I had a BIAB builder gel manicure and a take-off done, and I’m really happy with the results! The technician did a great job—my nails look clean, smooth, and perfectly shaped. The finish is flawless, and the whole process was comfortable and professional. Definitely recommend!

My nails always last so well when I have them done at Carterton Nails, normally one of my fingers which I use the most comes lose as I’m a bus driver , and I use this finger for the ticket machine , but not with Carterton nails , always stay strong until I need my infills , will not go anywhere else 
And they are perfectionists, always take their time an do it right
