You’ll begin with an initial assessment and clear session plan; appointments are scheduled in advance, start on time, and include regular check-ins so workouts adjust as you progress. Session lengths are stated up front and progress is reviewed at regular intervals so you know what to expect. Trainers communicate session details and expectations before each meeting and keep records of your sessions for consistent pacing and measurable steps.
