Policy and Terms

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATIONS/ NO SHOWS Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before their appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling after the 48 hour mark will be required to pay a 50% fee. Any no shows will be required to pay 100% of the treatment price. LATENESS Please arrive to your appointment on time. Lateness will result in time coming off of your appointment. If are more than 15 minutes late I may need to cancel your appointment. CHILDREN/PLUS ONES Unfortunately due to the nature of some of the treatments and space in my treatment room, I cannot allow clients to bring children or plus ones to their appointment. PATCH TESTS Patch tests must be carried out before any brow/lash treatments if its the first time you're having the treatment with me and must be done at least 48hrs prior to your appointment. Please book this in at the time of booking your appointment. Upon booking, you will be asked to agree to the late cancellation/ no show policy and this must be confirmed in order for your appointment to go ahead.
