Jeff was so gentle and kind with my kitty.   I will be returning.  

Jeff is so easy to work with us and our two Maine Coons boys. His gentle kind techniques helped work through the kitties fears. He advised us with special cuts for the areas that needed more attention for our boys. I recommend Jeff for your cats or dogs. You will become a fan of Jeff  like us.

Very grateful to have Jeff as our groomer for our Australian Labradoodle. He’s personable, kind, and patient, and I know my fur baby is in great hands while visiting Carlito’s Groom Room. Little Carlito is an extra bonus and helps my pup feel right at home; the 1:1 attention goes a long way vs. dropping off with multiple dogs.
It’s a serene setup for fearful or high-anxiety dogs as well.
Highly, highly recommend. Bonus that it’s always a pleasure to support a local small biz in town.

Jeff is so gentle and caring when grooming our kitty, Foster.  He sends texts letting us know how things are going as he grooms him.  It is a long trek to get him there, but well worth it. 

I love taking my cats for grooming appointments with Jeff.  They always look wonderful once they have a fresh cut and bath!

Jeff (and his pomchi Carlito) are both very gentle and kind. My two doodles can be anxious, and they come as a pair, so it was great that Jeff allowed them to come at the same time! 
Their grooms are amazing...my mother-in-law saw them and said "I think it's the best grooming I've ever seen on them."  I agree! That says a lot given one of my dogs is 9 and the other is 6 and the've been groomed six times a year for their entire lives!

Jeff is the BEST groomer!  We have a young Papillon who is afraid of both people and dogs, and he is fine with Jeff and Carlito.  Jeff does such a great job with our dog —his nails, his coat, sanitary cut —every aspect of grooming is covered, and he comes out of there looking like a champion!

We took in our 3.5 month old kitten, Fiona, for her very first bath.  We want to expose her early so she gets familiar with baths and not dread them later on. Jeff kept me posted via text and sent photos and videos which I totally appreciated! The process was faster than intended so I dropped Fiona off and did some shopping. After her bath, Fiona got to sit outside (in  her carrier)  and listen to the birds and she was just so calm and content. When we got home, she was calm and not stressed. 

Jake had a great groom today.  We love the way he is taken care of and the one on one time he gets.

Jeff does a great job with our cats. Highly recommended! 

Very happy that I found Jeff! My pomeranian was very comfortable and happy at the groom room. He is great with the clippers and gave him a perfectly smooth pup cut for the summertime.  10/10 highly recommend!
