As a PACFA-licensed mobile pet care provider with Veterinary Assistant certification and a deep understanding of animal comfort and behavior, I offer a private grooming experience that prioritizes wellness, safety, and trust. Each appointment is conducted one-on-one in a peaceful, unrushed environment free from cages, crowded salons, and unnecessary stress. Services are thoughtfully curated through our Luxury Full Groom, Deluxe Bath & Spa Service, and Premium Select-Your-Care Menu, allowing each visit to be tailored to your dog’s individual coat condition, skin needs, and temperament. From advanced coat restoration to premium facials and soothing paw treatments, every detail is performed with intention using only high-quality, pet-safe products. At Cano’s Beauty & Grooming, grooming is approached with care and purpose blending professional expertise, state licensing, and a serene spa atmosphere to ensure every pet leaves feeling relaxed, confident, and exceptionally well cared for.

Appointment Scheduling
• An appointment is required prior  to any service being provided.
• As a mobile grooming service, we operate strictly by scheduled visits.
• Services are arranged in advance to ensure proper preparation for each pet.
• Scheduled appointments allow us to provide focused, one-on-one care with the time and attention your pet deserves.

Vaccination Requirements
To protect the health and safety of all pets in our care, the following vaccinations are required for all dogs receiving grooming services:
• Rabies – current
• Distemper – current
• Parvovirus – current

Service Area Schedule
To keep routes efficient, appointments are scheduled by city on specific days:
• Mondays – Arvada & Denver
• Tuesdays – Aurora
• Wednesdays – Thornton & Northglenn
• Thursdays – Lochbuie & Brighton

On-Site Arrival – Be Ready
• Please have your pet leashed and ready to hand off at your scheduled time.
• If we are unable to begin grooming within 10 minutes, a late fee will apply.
• After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Pick-Up After Grooming
• Once grooming is complete, you will receive a “Ready for Pick Up” message.
• Pets must be picked up within 10 minutes of notification.
• After 10 minutes, a late pick-up fee will be charged.
• Additional charges may apply for extended delays.

Deposit Requirement
• A deposit is required to secure every appointment.
• The deposit will go toward your total service balance.
• Deposits are non-refundable if changes or cancellations are made within 48 hours of your appointment time.

 Appointment Confirmation
• Appointments must be confirmed at least 3 hours before your scheduled time.
• Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically canceled.

Custom Orders – Treats & Accessories
• Custom treat or accessory orders require at least 1-2 business days’ notice.
• This allows time for safe preparation and personalization.
• Same-day or next-day orders are not guaranteed and depend on availability.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Any changes made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a lost deposit.

No-Shows
• If no one is present at the service address and there is no communication, it will be marked as a no-show.
• Deposits are non-refundable in all no-show cases.
