We understand that plans change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. However, to be fair to all our clients and our team, we have a cancellation policy in place. We require at least 24 hours advance notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will not incur an extra charge. Here at Canine Massage of Northeastern Connecticut, we believe things can change without prior notice. However, when the next appointment is booked, the client will be charged the full service amount at the time of booking. No-shows (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice) will not be charged any additional fees. However, if the client desires to schedule another appointment, the client will be charged the full service amount at the time of booking. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via (401) 601-0892, caninemassageofnec@gmail.com, or on the Goldie app, if used to book. We understand that emergencies happen, and we may make exceptions at our discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss unforeseen circumstances.
