By booking a ride with CampusJet, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Booking & Scheduling To ensure timely service, please book your ride 24–48 hours in advance. Same-day requests are not recommended but accepted when possible and are subject to driver availability and demand. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Requests made after this window may not be accommodated. 3. Payment & Priority Pickup Policy Payments can be made securely via debit or credit card through our online booking platform. All rides must be paid before or immediately after service unless otherwise agreed. To ensure driver availability, safety, and punctuality during early or late priority pickup hours, a small surcharge applies to all rides scheduled between 10:30 PM before 7:00 AM: • SoloJet: +$10 • FamilyJet: +$15 This Priority Pickup Fee guarantees timely driver dispatch, dependable arrival, and continued service quality during hours when most drivers are unavailable or when road conditions especially around Memphis can be less predictable. 4. No-Show Policy If a client is not present at the pickup location within 10 minutes of the scheduled time and has not communicated a delay, the ride may be considered a no-show. A 50% fare fee may apply to cover time and fuel expenses. Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges. 5. Rider Conduct All passengers are expected to treat drivers and other clients with courtesy and respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in refusal of service. Clients are responsible for maintaining vehicle cleanliness and avoiding damage or smoking inside the vehicle. 6. Service Disputes Any service-related concerns will be reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable local and state laws. 7. Open Communication We value transparency and communication.
