Please review the following policies before booking your appointment: 💳 Deposits & Payments • A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. • Deposits must be sent to: Shenice Camille Stewart First Citizens (Savings) Account #2795298 • Payment must be made within 24 hours of booking. Failure to submit proof of payment will result in your appointment being removed from the calendar. • Accepted payment methods: online banking transfer or First Citizens Fast Deposit system. • Please screenshot/send proof of payment via WhatsApp to confirm your appointment. 💼 Pricing • Prices may vary depending on length, thickness, and texture of your natural hair. ⏰ Late & No-Show Policy • 10 minutes late – $50 fee • 15 minutes late – $75 fee • 30 minutes late – $100 fee • 45 minutes late – Appointment will be cancelled • No Call / No Show = No Future Appointments • An additional $100 fee applies for appointments on Sundays or public holidays. 👥 Guest Policy • No extra guests are permitted in the salon. • Clients must be 15 years and older.
