Policy and Terms

Booking fees are non-refundable in cases of cancellation or no-show. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee is forfeited and full payment is still required for the missed appointment. If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be carried over to your rescheduled booking (as long as it is made using the reschedule link). Booking fees are not transferable to other clients, and cannot be refunded. If you cancel multiple appointments or fail to pay for a late cancellation, you will not be able to rebook until the outstanding balance is cleared. Any existing booking fees can only be used toward a new booking once all previous unpaid cancellations have been settled.
