Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable cancellation fee policy. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.

A lovely person and my nails look very good

Crystal took such great care when removing my nails, even though that was all I was booked in for. I’ve always had such good experiences with her so highly recommend!! (Crystal is also INSANELY good at nail artist!) Thank you so much Crystal!! 

My nails are fab .. as when I went to crystal they were in bad condition… crystal has now improved them with her expertise.

Crystal is always fantastic, the attention to detail is far beyond any nail treatment I’ve had before. It’s a relaxing treatment but the highlight is the level of artistry in her nail designs.

Crystal is always 10/10 and makes sure to always leave my nails in an amazing state. They last for 5 weeks at a minimum and they always look brilliant and never chip.

Great service! There are a lot of colours to pick from and taking the time to give advice on what nail shape is the most suitable for your hand. Drinks and snacks provide which you don’t get from any other nail salon. Would highly recommend!
