Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible; late cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee.

Catherine was very helpful and encouraging in supporting  me to be able to fully return to football and what options were best for me. She made me feel very comfortable and was easy to talk too!

Fantastic experience, was sceptical initially about reflexology but already the difference I am seeing is immense. Better sleeps, better feel good factor and much more. Highly recommended 

Catherine asked questions about what I was having problems with,gave explanation as to why I might be having problems and gave me a massage and showed me how to strap up my ankle.
