Step 1- A non refundable deposit is taken for your app through a link Which you then need to save card to file so the payment can be taken on the day of your app. if you prefer paying cash that is fine but card still has to be saved for no show purposes. Your deposit is for that appointment and cannot be tranfered or refunded, if the booking has been accepted without a deposit all the below still stands, if I have to cancel or reschedule the amount paid can be moved to your next appointment and taken off the remaining amount to be paid 🤎 Step 2- if you have to cancel, reschedule or reduce any treatments in the time booked out within 72hours 50% off the app cost will be due if you cancel or reschedule within 48-24 hours the full amount will be due by booking the appointment you are accepting all of the terms. Step 3- If you are between 5-10 or more minuits late for your app this will go down as a no show and the payment will be taken .
