Policy and Terms

In case of delays or cancellations of scheduled appointments, notification is required at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. The salon reserves the right to reschedule the appointment in case of client delays. Additional charges will apply for last-minute changes. By booking an appointment, the client agrees to and understands the terms of this policy. There is a 15-minute tolerance for late arrivals, otherwise the appointment will be canceled. Note: there are no deposit refunds in any case.
