Booking Information Create an Account: Please create an account on our booking system. This allows you to easily manage your appointments, including cancellations or rescheduling. Deposit Policy: A 25% deposit is required (or a specified amount) for all services at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment. Confirmation: Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a text message. Lateness Policy: If you arrive more than 5-10 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and you will forfeit your deposit. If you know you will be late, please call or message in advance so we can reschedule. If I have available time, we may proceed with your appointment without the need to reschedule. Please be sure to contact me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. Payment Options: Payments are secure and can be made through the app, via a payment link Cash is also accepted. Disclaimer: If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded, or we can reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

Consultations are £10 charge so please add this service before booking your appointment. £10 will be deducted from you installation. Expiry 4 weeks from consultation date. Please note that I do not carry hair in the salon, so it will need to be ordered prior to your installation
