Booking Information

Please create an account on our booking system. This allows you to easily manage your appointments, including cancellations or rescheduling.

Deposit Policy: 
A 25% deposit is required (or a specified amount) for all services at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of your appointment.

Confirmation: 
Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a text message.

Lateness Policy:
If you arrive more than 5-10 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and you will forfeit your deposit.

If you know you will be late, please call or message in advance so we can reschedule. If I have available time, we may proceed with your appointment without the need to reschedule.

Please be sure to contact me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late.

Payment Options: 
Payments are secure and can be made through the app, via a payment link Cash is also accepted.

Disclaimer: If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be fully refunded, or we can reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

I had my hair coloured here and I’m absolutely delighted with the results! The colour came out beautifully and looks so natural and glossy. The whole experience was really professional and I felt completely at ease throughout. The stylist listened to exactly what I wanted and gave me great advice too. On top of that, her prices are really good for the quality of service. I definitely recommend!

Love my hair everytime Jo does it!  Jo has been cutting and colouring our family hair for a very long time - over 15 years! she has watched my children grow up and accepted  their hair cuts/colours demands depending on fashion -  it always feels like a friend coming to our home that we love catching up and getting our hair done.
