Policy and Terms
Booking Information Create an Account: Please create an account on our booking system. This allows you to easily manage your appointments, including cancellations or rescheduling. Deposit Policy: Cancellation Policy To secure your booking, card details are required and will be safely stored. Please note that cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend (no-shows), will result in a 35% charge of the service cost. This fee is non-refundable. To avoid any charges, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Confirmation: Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email and a text message. Lateness Policy: If you arrive more than 5-10 minutes late, I reserve the right to cancel your appointment, and you will forfeit your deposit. If you know you will be late, please call or message in advance so we can reschedule. If I have available time, we may proceed with your appointment without the need to reschedule. Please be sure to contact me as soon as possible if you anticipate being late. Payment Options: Payments are secure and can be made through the app, via a payment link, bank transfer and Cash is also accepted. Disclaimer: By booking an appointment, you agree to provide valid card details to secure your slot. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will incur a 30% non-refundable fee. Please ensure you give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid charges. A skin (patch) test is required at least 24hours prior to any colour service. Failure to complete a skin test may result in your appointment being cancelled.
