Policy and Terms

A minimum of 48 hours notice needed to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment and/or no-show, you will be required to pay 100% of the services scheduled & deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to re-book a new appointment. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis. Please note that if you are 15 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your service if it can’t be completed within the time remaining. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If I don’t hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment, it will be considered a “no-show” & will be treated as a cancellation.

Maintenance service for existing builder gel clients to rebalance growth and refresh your set. Available for appointments booked 2–3 weeks from your last service only. After 3 weeks, a new set is required. Includes prep, reshaping, and gel polish. Designs, gems, and charms available as add-ons

Gel-X Maintanance Fill

Maintenance service for existing Gel-X clients. Regrowth is balanced using builder gel to maintain strength and structure. *Limited to a maximum of two fills per set. After two fills, a soak off and new set must be booked. Includes prep, reshaping, and gel polish. Designs, gems, and charms available as add-ons.
