Policy and Terms

Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Nails By B. Flexible booking: Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 6 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. No shows and last minute cancellations will require a deposit before being able to rebook. Looking forward to seeing you.
