Thank you for choosing Bronzed By Tarah! To ensure the best experience for all clients, please review and agree to the following terms before booking:

✦ Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is due at the time of service via cash or card.

✦ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. You may reschedule your original appointment once with the original deposit, any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. 

🚫 No-Show Policy 

As a mobile business, my time, travel, and setup are all dedicated to making your experience smooth and stress-free. When a client isn’t ready or present, it impacts not just my schedule—but other clients, too.

A no-show is defined as:
	•	No one is home or answering when I arrive
	•	You cancel upon arrival or decline the service
	•	The space is not prepared and I’m unable to set up
	•	You are more than 10 minutes unresponsive past your scheduled time

No-shows will be charged the full service price.
This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments. Repeat no-shows may be declined service.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time.

✦ Mobile Service
A travel fee may apply based on your location. Please refer to the zone map in my highlights or contact me for a quote.

✦ Prep & Aftercare
Prep instructions will be sent prior to your appointment. Following these guidelines is essential for optimal results. Sun Daze is not responsible for issues due to improper prep or aftercare.

✦ Minors
Clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian sign a minor consent form and be present at appointment. 

✦ Inclement Weather or Emergency
In the event of weather or emergency that impacts mobile travel, I will reach out to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

Wow!!  What more can I can other than this experience was top notch!  Not only do I receive a pre-tan guide on how to prep for my appointment, Tarah even provided a “spa” experience complete with music and scented sparkly dusting powder. Oh and how can I forget she was also able to calm me down after having a bit of a panic attack since I’m leaving on my honeymoon tomorrow. Thank you Tarah for the professional spa experience. Can’t wait to glow on our honeymoon. 

The best spray tan I’ve ever gotten! Will be using Tarah again for sure!!
