As of July 1, 2022 Family law matters in Saskatchewan must attempt early family dispute resolution at the close of pleadings. Mandatory files must each complete this session individually prior to Phase 2 scheduling. This will be an opportunity to learn about the mediation process and prepare for joint sessions.

Joint Meeting (Phase 2 EFDRO)

Once phase 1 has been completed by both parties, this joint meeting can be scheduled. Agreement to Mediate will be signed at the beginning of the first joint session. Includes session fee, summary, and relevant correspondence preparing for the next session. (Fee Split between Parties)

This is an opportunity for couples to work on their relationship. Open to dating, married or other intimate relationships. We will discuss an online inventory option at the first session.

First Meeting (1 on 1 Non Court)

This is Phase 2. Please schedule after completing first meeting private. Mandatory files need to use Phase 1 prior to scheduling. (Fee Split between Parties)

This is your opportunity to learn about the mediation process and prepare for joint sessions. This is referred to as Phase 1 process. All files must each complete this session individually prior to Phase 2 scheduling.

This is best for families that need to update parenting plans or deal with a specific issue. Best to schedule a phone call prior to booking. (Fee Split between Parties)

Child Support and Section 7 Review

This session is to assist co-parents in reviewing the child support and section 7 expense formula calmly and neutrally. Can be used to address upcoming activity registration. Please ensure both parties email updated financials prior to booking. Best practice to be held following tax being filed. (Fee to be split between parties)

Intergenerational Conflict Session

This can take many paths addressing conflict between elder parents and adult children. Estate Matters. driving concerns, succession planning. Adult sibling or extended family conflict could use this session as well.

This is an opportunity to resolve internal conflict between owners, managers, and employees. Please schedule a call prior to booking so plans can be arranged.
