.Minor Consent Tattoo form filled out and NOTARIZED beforehand if you do not have this or cannot find it message me!
. Bring Government issued ID of some sort, like drivers license or passport (no it cannot be your school ID) 
.Your legal guardian must come to the appointment and must provide a government issued ID of some sort for them and fill out more paperwork there -thank you!:)

I came all the way from NY just to be tattooed by Bri!!!  After seeing the great work she did on my brother, sister in law  & nephew, I felt confident that she could fix an old bad tattoo.  I am beyond happy with the amazing work Bri did.  She turned an old ugly tattoo into a beautiful piece of art.  I plan on several more trips from NY to FL for more beautiful work by Bri. Brianna is professional, creative and friendly. She had multiple designs prepared for me to decide on when I arrived and was open to any changes. While she worked on my tattoos, she frequently asked if I was comfortable and we chatted the whole time. I will definitely go back to her for future tattoos.

I got tattooed today and it was an amazing experience I have a good amount of other tattoos by different artists but this is my favorite tattoo and artist by far I got a quarter sleeve Lion tattoo one that I’ve wanted for a long time and I love it. Bri did such an amazing job and it was 5-6hrs and time just flew by she’s very friendly and made the experience a lot nicer I shopped around a lot of different places before getting this tattoo and she gave the most reasonable price in my opinion.
