Policy and Terms
- There will be a $15 non-refundable deposit required that goes towards your service! (Processing fee not included) - I do not work over other peoples work!! - Must send pictures of bare nails!! - **Must be following me to book!! - I do not work over severely damaged nails/toenails as I do not to be held liable for anything that could happen!! - Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the day of your appointment. - Cancellations/Reschedulings made the day before, or the same day of your appointment will be subjected to paying a $25 fee in order to book again. - Same day cancellations made more than once can result in you being banned from booking. - Please let me know if you are running late as there is a 15 minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes late, there will be a $15 late fee. If you are over 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and considered a no show. To book again, you will have to pay another deposit as well as pay half of your original set. If this is not done, you will be banned from booking - If you need a soak off and it is not booked, your appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled.
