All deposits are non refundable.  If i cant complete the groom because your pet is not cooperative or aggressive, you are still responsible for the total payment.  If you book a full groom and the pup is matted.  You will have to reschedule.   If you are late for pick up , you will be charged 20$ for every 15 minutes late. If you are more than 10 minutes late for drop off without discussung it with me prior and I am fully booked,  you will need to reaschedule.

This was the first time using Brandy for my three Aussies, and I am so happy with her services. Unfortunately, I was a terrible Aussie Mom, and my poor babies were a mess, but Brandy kept me updated on their condition and options throughout each grooming session. Offering that type of service calmed my embarrassment of letting them get to the condition they were in. I appreciate the kind and loving attention she showed towards my babies and will definitely use her again and highly recommend her

I wish I could have given 6 stars. I'm totally impressed with Brandy. She was amazing with my German shepherd. She was so thorough with him. She took the time he needed to get to know her at first. I absolutely love the TLC that he got. I won't go to any other groomer.

My pups and I love Brandy.  I have two that hate to have their nails cut.  She has a sling and that is a plus.  She is so patient and good with them.  They are happy after their nail trim with tail wags and so am I.  You can tell she really enjoys what she does.  My girl enjoyed every minute of her bath and her belly rubs at the end. I enjoy our visits with Brandy.  She is caring and loves to pamper your pups.  They always get a treat, too.

Mrs B has been taking care of our Maltipoo, Frodo for almost 2 years now and I would never go anywhere else! She’s not just an excellent groomer, she is also a wonderfully kind person who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of the dogs she grooms. Frodo is a very nervous boy but always behaves for Mrs B. Others I’ve tried before had to actually stop part way through the session because he was too unruly. I highly recommend Mrs B to take care of you and your pets!

Brandy has always done an amazing job with both of my pups. My Bear can be difficult to trim, especially his nails, and she has always been able to work with him. My new pup Teddy she was able to give him a great new puppy cut his first time and we look forward to him continuing to work with her in his future grooming appointments.

We are new to the area and were nervous about trying a new groomer, but Brandy was amazing! She did an excellent job with Isis and took such great care of her. Isis looks and feels wonderful, and the whole experience put us completely at ease. You can tell Brandy truly cares about the animals she works with. Took time and care to work with my elderly dog. Had me come in and sit with my dog as she gently worked with his feet. 

She was very kind to my dog. She even took him for a walk to dry him because he was afraid of the blower. She was patient with him and the cut looks great.

Brandy is top notch. No groomer has ever loved my pups and taken such good care of them as well as Brandy. I always know they’ll look and smell great, but more importantly, that they’ll be safe and happy in her care. 

Brande has done a great job with our dogs. They are not easy grooms, seeing as though they are floofy polar bears with their multiple coats. You can tell she loves all her pups as well!

Today, I used Mrs. B's Grooming for the first time.  I loved dropping him off and picking him up about 1 1/2 hrs later, instead of the 3 hours  from the other place I'd use . 
She held Toby and talked gently till he was comfortable with her. She also texted me and told me how much she gotten done and how he was doing.  
Mrs B's is a clean work area and very reasonable. I found a new groomer today .

Came from a groomer who “specialized” in working with anxious/reactive dogs, who later said she could no longer do services with my dog due to my dogs anxiety. Found brandy through Facebook and me and my pups are both so satisfied. Brandy takes her time and doesn’t force anything the dog isn’t comfortable with. Brandy treats the dogs as her own.  She is very communicative during appointments and makes it very easy to book next appointments. I would recommend Brandy to anyone and everyone. 

Brandy did a wonderful job with a nail trim on our girl Annie. Annie has Addisons disease and gets stressed easily.
Annie hates nail trims but Brandy took her time with Annie so she was less stressed.
Her website makes is super easy to make an appt. No voice mails or texts.
The thing I really like is I didn't walk into a noisy grooming salon with dryers, clippers and barking dogs in crates. Brandy took care of just Annie.

Brandy went over and above making sure my pups first visit to her was not traumatic.   She took him outside for walks to air dry because he didn’t  like the blow dryer.  She made sure she understood what I expected for his trim and he looks exactly how I would have wanted.  His coat looks healthy and feels so soft.   He knows he is very handsome again!
