Policy and Terms
By booking with Braidtopia Studios, you agree to the following terms: • Cancellations/Rescheduling: 48-hour notice is required. Less than 48 hours may result in a $25 rebooking fee. • No Call/No Show: 50% of the remaining balance must be paid before rebooking. • Deposits: Non-refundable. Deposits are transferable once, then forfeited. • Lateness: 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee applies. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be rescheduled. • Hair Prep: Come with hair washed and blown out. Dirty or unprepped hair will result in rescheduling. • Guests: No extra guests due to limited seating. • Cash Payments: Please bring exact change. • Photos/Videos: Clients consent to promotional use of media taken during appointments. • Liability: Braidtopia Studios is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. • Right to Refuse: Service may be refused at our discretion. • Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration. • Sales: All sales are final. Replacement styles may be offered at our discretion. • Same Day/Squeeze In: Appointments booked less than 12 hours before start require same day fee to be booked with the appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and accept all policies.
