By booking with Braidtopia Studios, you agree to the following terms:
	•	Cancellations/Rescheduling: 48-hour notice is required. Less than 48 hours may result in a $25 rebooking fee.
	•	No Call/No Show: 50% of the remaining balance must be paid before rebooking.
	•	Deposits: Non-refundable. Deposits are transferable once, then forfeited.
	•	Lateness: 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, a $20 late fee applies. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be rescheduled.
	•	Hair Prep: Come with hair washed and blown out. Dirty or unprepped hair will result in rescheduling.
	•	Guests: No extra guests due to limited seating.
	•	Cash Payments: Please bring exact change.
	•	Photos/Videos: Clients consent to promotional use of media taken during appointments.
	•	Liability: Braidtopia Studios is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
	•	Right to Refuse: Service may be refused at our discretion.
	•	Disputes: Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
	•	Sales: All sales are final. Replacement styles may be offered at our discretion.
       •      Same Day/Squeeze In: Appointments booked less than 12 hours before start require same day fee to be booked with the appointment.

Highly recommended. On time for my 6am appointment. Gripped all my hair. I didn’t have hair left out the braid.  The style she picked for me was 🔥 

I love the service we receive. My little boy’s braids are always amazing and long lasting. Also love how she connects with kids to distract them from crying. 

My son first time going to her, with his other stylist he cry to his face is red but with her he said she was so gentle and nice and took her time. You definitely have a long term customer. Thank you again ❤️
