Nichole — Booking Policy Please take a moment to review the booking policies below before scheduling your appointment. ⸻ 📌 Booking & Deposits • All bookings require a deposit at the time of scheduling. • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE (including to a different appointment date). • All bookings must be made strictly through the booking app. You can no longer text for an appointment. It will go unrecognized. If you need to cancel, you may do so up to 48 hours before your appointment start time. (Please note: your deposit will still be forfeited.) To rebook a future service, a new deposit will be required. If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be refunded or transferred to the next available appointment (if you agree to the date offered). ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy • There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointments. • After 15 minutes, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. • Please communicate any delays by calling or texting before your appointment time — communication is key and appreciated. • I value your time, and I ask that you respect mine in return. ⸻ 💆🏽‍♀️ Off Days Policy & Personal Message I truly value all of my clients and the trust you place in me. Taking time off allows me to rest, recharge, and return with full energy to give you my best every time. Please note that on my designated off days, I typically do not respond to calls, messages, or booking requests. However, I do understand that special situations arise. ✨ If you would like to book on one of my off days, a 35% upcharge will apply. This fee covers the additional time and effort required to make special accommodations outside of normal working hours. Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support! 💖 📅 Off Days • Sunday’s and Monday’s AFTER HOURS • Fridays after Hours (5pm-11:30pm) is also a 35% additional upcharge added to your total service. ⸻ 📋 Waitlist Policy Please note that joining the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment. If you are contacted and accepted from the waitlist, you must: ✅ Be deposit ready at the time of acceptance. (Within the HOUR) ✅ Be available for the date, time, or both options that are offered. If you are unable to confirm or pay your deposit (within the hour) when contacted, your spot will be offered to the next client on the waitlist. ⸻ 💵 Payments • Final payments must be made in CASH or through the BOOKING APP • NO OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED AT ALL ‼️ ⸻ 📌 Before Your Appointment Please note: Some services DO NOT include shampooing. If you would like a shampoo service, it must be booked as an Add-On Service. Before Being Serviced: • Hair must be washed and blow-dried straight prior to your appointment. (unless noted otherwise in booking description) • Hair must be completely clean of all products (oils, gels, leave-ins, etc.). • If hair is not clean, there will be a $25 shampoo fee added. • You may also choose to reschedule or cancel your appointment if not prepared. • Detangling fees: • Minor detangling: $25 • Severe detangling: up to $50 • In both cases, hair must be shampooed before styling. ⸻ 📞 Appointment Confirmation All clients must confirm appointments prior to service. Unconfirmed appointments may be canceled. Please ensure the phone number on file is active and reachable. ⸻ 🕘 Business Hours Policy My official business hours are Sunday-Monday: Closed Tuesday- Saturday: 8:30am-5pm Friday- 5pm-11:30pm AFTER HOURS Please respect that calls, texts, and messages made before or after business hours will not be answered until the next business day. This policy helps maintain healthy boundaries and ensures I can give every client my full attention during working hours. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so during business hours to avoid any delays or missed updates.
