🤎 BOOKING & DEPOSIT A $25 nonrefundable appointment reservation is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the reservation has been paid. The $25 reservation will be applied toward your service balance. Please note: Goldie may charge an additional processing/service fee when your reservation is paid online. This fee is charged separately by Goldie, is not applied toward your service balance, and is not included in the $25 reservation amount. Boho/Specialty Hair: If your service requires me to purchase Boho or specialty hair, an additional payment may be required. This amount will be discussed with you before your appointment and must be paid by the requested deadline so your hair can be purchased. Once the hair has been purchased, that portion of the payment is nonrefundable. Appointments without a paid reservation are not guaranteed and may be released for another client. ❌ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Your deposit may be transferred one time to a new appointment with proper notice. Cancellations within 24 hours, same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. ⏰ LATE POLICY • 10+ minutes late: $15 late fee • 15+ minutes late: appointment may be canceled • No-call/no-show: deposit forfeited 💇🏽‍♀️ HAIR PREPARATION Please arrive with your hair: • Washed • Fully blow-dried • Completely detangled • Free of oils, grease and heavy products Hair should be at least 4 inches all around for most extension styles. If you are unsure whether your hair is long enough for your requested style, please contact me before booking. ✨ EDGE STYLING✨ I’m an old-school braider, so my focus is on clean parts, neat braids, and a long-lasting style. I do not style or lay edges as part of my services. If requested, I can lightly style your edges, but I specialize in braiding rather than detailed edge styling and cannot guarantee a specific edge look. You’re also welcome to leave your edges out and style them to your preference. 🧵 BRAIDING HAIR Braiding hair is included with applicable services. Available colors are 1, 1B, 2 and 4. Please select your desired color when booking. Other colors may require an additional charge and must be discussed in advance. Unless otherwise stated, braid pricing includes mid-back length. Longer lengths require a length add-on. 🌿 BOHO/CURLY HAIR Boho hair is not included in the base braid price. You may provide your own curly hair or select a stylist-supplied option for an additional charge that must be paid within 24 hours of booking. Appointments booked less than 48 hours in advance require the hair payment immediately. • Client-provided boho: standard $25 deposit • Stylist-provided synthetic/human blend: $45 deposit • Stylist-provided 100% human hair: $95 deposit Boho pricing includes standard fullness. Extra-full boho may cost more. Please send an inspiration photo if you want a fuller look. Stylist-supplied boho hair requires an additional upfront hair payment. Once specialty hair has been purchased specifically for your appointment, that hair payment is nonrefundable. 🏠 HOME-BASED APPOINTMENT Braided Beauty Indy is a home-based business. No additional guests are permitted unless approved in advance. Exact address and arrival instructions will be provided before your appointment. 💳 PAYMENT Your remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Zelle, Cash App and Apple Pay. Prices are non-negotiable. No checks. 🔁 REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS All completed services are nonrefundable. If you have a concern with your service, please contact me within 48 hours so I have an opportunity to address it. Adjustments do not include a completely different style or full restyle. 📸 PHOTOS & VIDEOS Photos/videos may be taken of completed styles for portfolio and marketing purposes. Your face will not be shown without your consent.
