📆 Booking, Deposit & Client Forms All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is paid AND all required client forms are completed. Failure to complete the required client forms within 24 hours of booking may result in appointment cancellation. Deposits may be transferred one time only with at least 24 hours’ notice. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment start time. Cancellations made within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows will result in forfeiture of deposit. Excessive rescheduling may require a new deposit. ⏰ Late Policy • 10 minutes late: $15 late fee • 15 minutes or more late: appointment may be canceled • No-call / no-shows will forfeit deposit Please arrive on time and ready to be serviced. 💇🏽‍♀️ Hair Preparation & Length Requirements Clients must arrive with hair: • Washed and blow-dried • Free of oils, grease, or products • Fully detangled • At least 4 inches of hair all around Failure to arrive properly prepped or to meet the minimum hair length requirement may result in additional fees, shortened service time, or appointment cancellation (deposit forfeited). 🧵 Hair Type, Length & Add-Ons If a specific color is not selected at checkout, 1B hair at 42 inches will be used by default. All listed prices are for mid-back length. Styles longer than mid-back will require an additional length fee (make the selection under add-ons). 🌿 Boho Hair Clients are required to provide their own boho hair unless otherwise stated (make the selection under add-ons). 👧🏽 Guests & Home-Based Salon Policy This is a home-based business. No guests are allowed. Only the client being serviced may enter unless prior approval has been discussed. 💳 Payments Remaining balance is due at the appointment. Accepted forms of payment: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, Apple Pay. Prices are non-negotiable. No checks accepted. 🔁 Refunds & Adjustments All services are non-refundable. Adjustments must be requested within 48 hours of service completion. Adjustments do not include full restyles or removals. 🎥 Photo & Video Policy Photos or videos may be taken for marketing purposes. Faces are not shown without consent. Please notify the stylist if you do not wish to be photographed or recorded. 📌 Policy Agreement By booking an appointment with Braided Beauty LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
