By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these guidelines. 💰 Deposit & Payment Policy A **non-refundable $20 deposit** is required to secure your appointment and must be sent immediately after booking. Appointments that remain unpaid 24 hours will be automatically canceled. Please send a screenshot of your payment 📸 once the deposit has been sent. 🚫 No wire transfers. 🚫 No BOB or CB transfers due to banking fees. Any payments received through these methods will be refunded. There is no late fee, however, appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes. *No-shows will be blocked from booking future appointments. Please do not arrive extremely early. Your appointment time is the time your service will begin. 🔄 Rescheduling Your deposit may be transferred ONCE if your appointment is rescheduled within the following two weeks. -Deposits cannot be transferred beyond this timeframe. 💆🏽‍♀️Hair Requirements Hair must be at least 3 inches long all around. If you have significant hair loss or any concerns about your hair's length or condition, please consult with me before booking. Pixie cuts and blunt cuts are not accepted. 💇🏽‍♀️Braiding Hair Hair is NOT included with your appointment. Please bring the correct amount of braiding hair based on your desired length: Back length: 40” braiding hair base length Waist length:50" braiding hair +$10 Hip length:60" braiding hair +$20 Thigh length:70" braiding hair +$35 Clients are responsible for bringing the correct hair as specified. Failure to bring the appropriate hair may result in additional fee if longer than required length. If shorter then price will be adjusted as well. 🪮Hair Preparation Please arrive with your hair: * Clean *Blow dried & stretched * Thoroughly detangled * Free of oils and leave-in products Wet hair:A $15 fee may apply, or your appointment may need to be canceled depending on my schedule. Dirty hair: Your appointment will be automatically canceled. 👥 Guests & Comfort Please do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment. Choose comfortable clothing for your appointment. 🤎 ✨ Styles Only the styles currently listed on the booking site are offered. Fulani braids may be customized with different designs. Once your hairstyle has been confirmed, changes on the day of your appointment are unlikely to be accommodated. 🤒 Illness Policy If you are feeling sick or experiencing any contagious symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. This helps protect both you and your braider, as well as other clients. 📍 Location Please note that the address listed on the booking site is **not my personal address**. It is provided only as a general indication of the area where appointments are located. Your exact appointment location will be provided after your appointment has been confirmed and your deposit has been received. 🚭 Smoke-Free Policy Absolutely NO smoking before or during your appointment. Please be considerate of your braider and anyone else you may come into contact with during your appointment. Strong smoke odors can remain on clothing, hair, and the body and may make the appointment uncomfortable. Policy and Terms

•As stated before, Hair is NOT included. •A $20 deposit is required secure your appointment. -Do not book if you are not deposit ready. •Wet hair may cause a cancellation or a detangle + blow dry fee of $20. •No Call/No Show=you will be permanently blocked from rebooking. •Boho hair is an *Add on* as it requires extra time. If you’d wish to add it to your service please go back and do so. •Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 36 hours before start time.
