BOOKING POLICIES & TERMS By booking an appointment with Bosen Beauty, you agree to the following policies and terms. • Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early — services will end at the scheduled time. • Late arrivals may shorten your service time or require rescheduling depending on the schedule availability. A rescheduling fee may apply. • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so as early as possible. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time incur a cancellation or rescheduling fee. • Please no children • You are welcome to bring your own headphones during your service for comfort and relaxation. • Parking is available in designated salon parking areas or on the street.
