PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING‼️ At Boosta's Nails we take bookings to reserve time exclusively for that client. A 50% deposit is required to secure the appointment and it should be paid within 24hrs of you receiving the booking confirmation. If no payment is received, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and made available for booking on our online platform. Please ensure that you include all the services that you need (e.g Single nail extension, Nail art, soak off etc) so that there is enough time reserved for you. We will not provide any additional service that is not booked. LATE POLICY We understand that you may be running late on the day of your appointment. We ask that you inform your nail tech if this happens. Every client is given a 20minute grace period, after which, the appointment wil automatically be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. CANCELLATION We greatly value your appointment and recognise the occasional need for schedule changes. As such, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in an automatic forfeiture of your deposit. NO SHOW In the event that you do not show up to 2 consecutive appointments without contacting us, you will be unable to schedule future appointments.
