Policy and Terms
By scheduling an appointment with Booh & Gruff Grooming and Day-Care, clients agree to adhere to our cancellation and rescheduling policy. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in a fee. Please call 07377 972 793 to reschedule appointments within 48 hours of the original booking start time. Booh & Gruff reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Clients are encouraged to review our policies regularly.
