Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours before the appointment may result in a fee. Please call 07377 972 793 to reschedule appointments within 48 hours of the original booking start time. Booh & Gruff reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Had a great intro meeting with Deidre today regarding boarding for my German Shepherd. She was very professional and provided lots of information and seemed very comfortable with our dog.  We came away with a really good feeling that our dog will be looked after very well. 

First time with Deidre for a nail cut after recently moving to Hemel. Was a great experience and my little Vito was really taken care of will make this my regular for sure. Thank you Deidre 🙂
