By booking with Bonito Hair & Beauty, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. Bonito Hair & Beauty may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Please see cancellation and late fees in all social media platforms. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued.
