Policy and Terms

At Boho Hair Design, we prioritize your time and commitment. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments and deposits up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another date within the 48-hour window. Late arrivals will incur the full service charge and will receive only the remaining appointment time. Appointment times are available on the half hour or hour only Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, and children are not permitted in the salon due to insurance and seating limitations. The waiting area is reserved for clients only. A skin test is required 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
