At Body Sculpt Kildare, we aim to provide exceptional service and ensure a positive experience for all of our clients. Please read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions related to our booking and cancellation policy:

1. Punctuality:
   - Clients are kindly requested to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
   - If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a No Show, and you will be charged the full amount for the service.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
   - Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without incurring a charge.
   - Any changes (cancellations or rescheduling) made after the 24-hour window will incur a full charge for the appointment, regardless of the reason.

3. No Show:
   - In the event of a No Show, where you do not show up for your appointment and have not notified us in advance, you will be charged the full amount for the scheduled service. 

4.Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service but will not be refunded if the appointment is rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, or cancelled (at any time) or if you do not show up for your appointment.

For health and safety reasons, our services are available to clients aged 18+ only.

I’ve been going here for the past 6–7 months and honestly couldn’t recommend them more. I usually alternate between Mike and Tina depending on availability, and both are incredible at what they do.

Every massage is consistently amazing. I always leave feeling lighter, re-energised, and completely relaxed. Beyond their skill, they’re both so warm and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better.
