Booking terms and conditions To ensure the smooth running of appointments and to respect everyone’s time please take a moment to read the following policies: • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • 48 hours notice is required for cancellations or changes. • Deposits are generally non-refundable, however in extreme circumstances they may be transferred to another date with 1 month of the original booking. • If you reschedule more than twice, your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required for a new booking . Late arrivals . Please let me know if you’re running late . •Arrivals over 10 minutes late will incur a late fee £5.00 late fee . • If you are more than 15 minutes late and I am unable to complete your booking then your deposit will become non-refundable and a new booking will be required . Booking environment • To keep your experience as quiet and as comfortable as possible I politely ask for you to attend the appointment alone unless agreed otherwise .
