Policy and Terms

• Please reschedule 24hrs before your appointment time, I understand life is crazy and things come up. But filling an appointment slot in less than 24hrs is extremely difficult. • After 3 reschedules I will keep your deposit and new deposit will be needed to reschedule. • I arrive 30 minutes before each appointment to prepare, if you reschedule in that time I will charge a $15 setup fee for supplies that must be thrown away. • I do account for a 10 min late period but after that we will need to reschedule and a deposit will be held • Clients must cancel appointments 24 hours before start time or a 25% fee will be withheld. • No show clients forfeit 100% of their deposit and must repay deposit to rebook.

Correction brows is an appointment for anyone who has previously had permanent makeup done by someone else. Unfortunately working over someone else’s work is more difficult and not all prior work is a candidate to be fixed or worked over.

Permanent eyeliner correction/outside touchup

This is for clients who have had permanent eyeliner done by another artist and are coming to me for a touchup/correction. Permanent makeup cannot always be done over previously done work. If you have previously done work make sure to send me a photo of work please. If you show up and have previous work but haven’t sent a photo and I cannot work over previously done work, a deposit will be held and I will have to end the appointment.
