Policy and Terms

• Please reschedule 24hrs before your appointment time, I understand life is crazy and things come up. But filling an appointment slot in less than 24hrs is extremely difficult. • After 3 reschedules I will keep your deposit and new deposit will be needed to reschedule. • I arrive 30 minutes before each appointment to prepare, if you reschedule in that time I will charge a $15 setup fee for supplies that must be thrown away. • Clients must cancel appointments 24 hours before start time or a 25% fee will be withheld. • No show clients forfeit 100% of their deposit and must repay deposit to rebook.
