Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Booking Policy: All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, phone, email, or in person). A booking is only considered confirmed once a confirmation email or text message has been sent by our team Payments Policy: Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Checks, Venmo, and Apple Pay, Goldie Link 100% Tips goes to employee of clean Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 12 hours. We will work with you to resolve any issues.
