Policy and Terms
A £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. A payment link will be sent to you via text message after booking — please note that your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Please note, deposits are non-refundable, however, if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment time. Card details will also be securely captured at the time of booking. In the event of a late cancellation (within 48 hours) or a no-show, the full remaining treatment cost will be charged.
