Policy and Terms
A card is required on file and a deposit is required to book all appointments. • Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will forfeit the deposit • Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the remaining balance of the service, after the deposit • Deposits go toward your service total and are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation I understand that life happens and always try to be as accommodating as possible. However, last-minute cancellations are difficult to refill, especially after the holiday season. This policy helps protect the time reserved just for you.
