Policy and Terms
📌 Deposit Requirement • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Appointments are NOT confirmed until the deposit is received. • The deposit goes toward your service total on the day of your appointment. ⏰ Late Policy • Please arrive on time. • There is a 15 minute grace period • After the grace period, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and the deposit will be forfeited. 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit. • A new deposit is required to rebook. 🚫 No-Show Policy • No-shows will be blocked from future bookings. 💵 Remaining Balance • Remaining balance is due in cash / Apple Pay / Cash App • No refunds once service has begun. 📍 Location • BlendLifestyle – Southfield, MI • Address will be sent upon confirmation.
